BJP-JD(S) alliance before Lok Sabha elections, talk on 4 seats, former CM Yediyurappa claimed

New Delhi. Before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, big news is coming out about the BJP-JDS alliance. Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has claimed that BJP will fight with JDS in Karnataka in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Yediyurappa has claimed that BJP has agreed to give four Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka to JDS. While talking to the media, Yediyurappa said, “I am happy that Deve Gowda ji met our Prime Minister and he has already finalized about 4 seats. I welcome them.”

BS Yediyurappa claimed that BJP has agreed to give four seats to JDS for the Lok Sabha elections. He said that Home Minister Amit Shah has also given his consent for this. Let us tell you that as soon as JDS distanced itself from the India alliance, there was speculation about an alliance with BJP. At present, if we talk about the political strength of BJP and JDS in Karnataka, BJP seems much ahead in comparison to JDS.

Congress party leader Jagadish Shettar reacted and said, ‘Two helpless people form an alliance. It is up to JDS and BJP to form an alliance in the Lok Sabha elections. Earlier also they had formed an alliance before the assembly elections and then it broke. Now they are talking about alliance again. Making alliances when it is convenient, withdrawing from alliances when it is inconvenient, how many times will they do this and lose the trust of the people. The credibility of the parties concerned is also low.

BJP has won 25 out of 28 Lok Sabha seats in the states. Whereas JDS was able to win only one seat. According to media reports, JDS wants to contest elections on 4 out of 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka. These seats are Mandya, Hassan, Bengaluru Rural and Chikballapur. Let us tell you that to strengthen itself in the South Indian states, BJP is continuously busy in bringing together small and big parties.
